Attention all California fans of custom automobiles! If you’re a lover of hot rods, vintage roadsters, or classic muscle cars, you may already be aware of Assembly Bill 1740, which would eliminate a 500 “kit-car” limit on annual registrations of specialty constructed vehicles.
